What are the rates and services offered?

What services do you not offered?
Our staff do not climb higher than a step stool, move furniture, lift any objects over 20 pounds, prepare meals, iron, laundry or provide any children-related services.

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
During the initial cleaning a decision will have to be made, on who will provide supplies and equipment. For your convenience we can provide the equipment and cleaning supplies but should you wish us to use your own preferred supplies, we will be glad to accommodate you.

How many people will be cleaning my house?
There will be 1 or 2 of our highly trained, experienced and uniformed staff members cleaning your home. Our staff does not drink, eat, smoke or use any of your appliances in your home.

Will I always have the same team?
Yes, you will have the same cleaning professional(s) for each cleaning. We understand the importance of being comfortable with who you have in your home. Because of this we will make every effort to provide consistency in your cleaning staff, however sometimes they may not be available due to an emergency, sick days, or vacation. In such an event a replacement will be assigned.

Do I have to do anything before you come?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes before we come and pick up extra clothing, toys, books, laundry and other household items that could interfere with the cleaning of your home.

Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, it's not necessary. In fact, most of our clients busy professionals and prefer to have their homes cleaned while they are at work. We will consult you privately about home entry options. Typically, our customers will issue us a key that we keep locked safely. Only the Professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. Your safety and trust is very important to us.

Does your staff require a parking space?
Yes, our staff arrives in a company car and requires a parking space.

Will you remind me about my appointment?
Yes, we do offer a courtesy call either on the evening before or on the day of cleaning (per your request).

What if I forget I have a cleaning appointment?
We charge for missed appointments that are not canceled 24hrs in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and checks. Coming Soon credit card payments.

Do I need to sign a contract?
We know that we must earn your trust and approval each time. You are not required to sign a contract, however a service agreement is mandatory.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service please call us within 24 hours after the service was performed and we will re-clean the problem areas at no additional cost to you within two days.

What if something is damaged while you clean my home?
We treat your home with the greatest care; unfortunately in life accidents happen. Should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, our staff is trained to immediately document and report the incident. We will make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired.

I have pets? Do I have to secure them during cleaning?
Please inform us of your pet(s) prior to our arrival. To make everybody comfortable, securely lock your pets in their cages, or in a room that will not be cleaned or have them out of the house on the day of the visit.

How do I pay for the service?
Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check, made payable to All In One Home Services, Inc. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.
