By ordering services from All In One Home Services Inc., and using the information and features of LetUsClean4You.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions Agreement.
  1. Estimate Policy: All phone pricing is a ballpark estimate and is solely based on the information that you give us, please accurately define the level of cleaning that is needed. Actual cleaning time/pricing may vary depending on your home condition unless you specify a certain amount of cleaning time.
  2. Staff: We try very hard to have the same staff to your home every time. Per your request we will dispatch preferred personnel.
  3. Customer Conduct: Our staff has been trained to act professionally and they deserve the same level of professionalism and courtesy in return. At no point during service should any customer be rude, threaten, or shout at our staff. We reserve the right to discontinue service if the behavior continues. If a customer gets unruly and our staff feels that there safety is in jeopardy, we reserve the right to remove our staff immediately.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: To assure customer satisfaction please be present to inspect cleaning job.
  5. Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service please call us within 24 hours after the service was performed and we will re-clean the problem areas at no additional cost to you within two days.
  6. Arrival: If our staff is running late they will call and give you an approximate time of when they plan to arrive. Please allow a 30 minute arrival window for early morning appointments, 1 hr for reservations after 9:00 am. 90 minutes for appointments after 2 pm. 2 hours for weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly appointments.
  7. Additional Services: If additional services are requested, please keep in mind that there are additional fees associated with the service. Sometimes substitutions can be made.
  8. Breakage: We make every effort to treat your home as our own. If something should break please call us for the reimbursement.
  9. Payment: Customer agrees to pay when the service is complete. By reserving an appointment with us you authorize to charge the credit card on file if no payment left out. 2.9 % convenience fee will be added for the credit card transactions. The customer has to be present by the completion time if cash payment preferred.
  10. No Payment: We reserve the right to discontinue service if payment is not made.
  11. Bounced Checks: There is a $30 charge attached to checks that are returned as a result of insufficient funds.
  12. Refunds: No partial or full refund after service has been performed. We will return if you are dissatisfied with service and correct the problem area.
  13. Cancellations: If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify All In One Home Services, Inc. at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, otherwise $25 rescheduling or $39 late cancellation fee may apply.
  14. Pet Policy: To make everybody comfortable, securely lock your pets in their cages, or in a room that will not be cleaned or have them out of the house on the day of the visit. If you have a dog and your dog acts aggressively toward our staff and is not locked up, we reserve the right to refuse service, but you will be charged a $49 lock out fee.
  15. Privacy Policy: When you request an estimate or service from All In One Home Services, Inc., we collect your contact and property information. We don't rent or sell customer information to any third parties.
